![]() If you had tickets to an attraction you could go right in. Well apparently they try to use the que as crowd control. We joined a que with really no idea why we were standing there when you supposedly don’t need tickets. There is free admission so why not? Well, to begin with, there were no clear instructions on where to go when you got there. We didn’t know what to expect and followed other reviewers advice to wait until you get there to decide what you want to pay for. & had far better BBQ but this was by far the worst customer experience ever!! We have eaten at many restaurants over the yrs. (BTW, we still tipped our server despite the bad experience). poor response basically calling us liars? & ready to give up over the waste of time & frustration she finally deducted the sandwich from the bill. We were so aggravted & shocked at the mgr. We reminded her we did have a salad, mac and wine which were fine to charge but ludicrous of her to dispute our honest complaint & charge for an uneaten sandwich. continued to argue that we ate the sandwich & we would be charged. By now, our server was nowhere to be seen so we asked for her but she didn't come by. came over telling us "per server we ate the sandwich so the charge would stand"! Say what? We were furious saying too bad the 95% full plate was taken away as evidence as we were telling the truth! She went on to say how their ovens work heating food so ours would not be cold, etc. ![]() When we questioned her why the charge when we didn't eat the sandwich she said she "would have to ask her mgr."Ī lady mgr. Told our server when she finally came back to us (she didn't check on us when food arrived) about the cold fatty brisket sandwich so she took the obviously uneaten sandwich away (toothpick still in it) but brought our bill including the sandwich which was about $20. Surprised it was served cold when the ovens are right there unless part of meal "sat" while rest being made? Of note, the side mac 'n cheese was warm so that we ate. Had a salad, some wine and tried to share a BBQ beef & suasage sandwich that was so cold, very fatty/chewy we could not eat it. Hungry for lunch we went to The Beast for BBQ. Enjoyed a drink at the central bar with a great bartender & friendly staff who we would give 5 stars. Reecently visited Area 15 on May 5 & enjoyed the various attractions like Meow Mart & the lighted museum. It’s also hot indoors especially when we layered on clothes from being 50 degrees outside so we had an ice cream and just people watched.īe prepared to have an awesome time with neon lights and electric music both inside and outside.Ĥ stars for website not working and for no one answering the phones. Most experiences suggests for at least two hour to tour the entire space. I would suggest to reserve an entire day to spend at Area 15. Definitely a lot of mystery and you’ll want to check it out. Which ranges from $5 to $50 tickets with average of $15. You’ll have to research each attraction to see if you want the full experience. We walked around both stories inside since it was free. We got there and there’s a line if you already have tickets or need tickets. The website wasn’t working for me to reserve a spot. This includes getting in the main entrance and of course the paid attractions will need tickets. The website says you need to reserve your spot before you come.
